What’s your favourite food?

I love delicious fresh food, crunchy veg, breads and cheeses, picnic food I guess! Eating together is great, it’s a great social occasion.

Where did you grow up?

I have lived in quite a few places across the UK – my family and I lived in Scotland until I was about 6, then in Hertfordshire for the majority. I have lived in Bristol for about 8 years before I moved to Chester about 18 months ago.

What’s your favourite childhood memory?

Holidays spent sailing in Anglesey in North Wales – fishing early in the morning then grilling the mackerel on the beach for breakfast.

What’s your pet hate?

Being late.. I hate being late if I get held up and not a fan if others are late too. I’m pretty punctual!

What job did you want to do when you were a child?

Something creative, in the art world. I studied Fine Art Photography at University and worked in the arts before I moved into marketing.

Do you have any siblings?

Yes, I have a wonderful younger brother called Max who also runs his business, Max Newall Tree Services. It’s lovely to have sibling that you not only really get on with, but can also talk shop with now and again!

What’s your tipple of choice?

I do love a glass of fizz, but recently discovered rhubarb gin, yum!

What hobbies do you have?

I like to keep fit, running, cycling and sailing are probably top of my list.

How did you get into the marketing industry?

My career has been somewhat varied and interesting, which I think has been essential to give my clients a full experience. I started in the arts world, moved into pharmaceutical sales for a few years (who would have thought!) then moved into a purely marketing brand management role in a couple of large blue-chip companies, than lastly a marketing role at the Soil Association. I decided that the big business world wasn’t for me, so set up my own business and I haven’t looked back!

What was the best event you have ever been to?

I used to spend most of my summers at various music festivals across the UK and Europe. I can’t really pin point one, however I went to the Isle of White festival a couple of years ago and saw Fleetwood Mac – amazing.

How would you describe Fizz Festivals in three words?

Fresh, exciting, unique.

Where’s your favourite holiday destination?

I have recently booked my honeymoon to the South of France. Good food, beautiful weather and lots to do. I can’t wait!
